The Magic of Intermittent Fasting




At present, staying healthy is the most challenging task of human life and lifestyle-related health problems such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease, lung cancer, high blood pressure, PCOD etc. affect people more.

Main Cause of Illness

People living in cities are suffering more from lifestyle problems, mainly due to their sedentary lifestyle and wrong eating habits. People sleep late at night and wake up late in the morning. Instead of eating healthy food, they eat factory-made products (junk food). The products made in the factory are lifeless and stale because they lack life energy. As a result, when we eat them, they become stuck in the stomach and cause problems. Therefore, we should eat only food that comes from nature, e.g., eat potato dishes and not potato chips.

Understand the requirements of the body

If we want to be healthy in body and mind. In that case, we must understand the requirements of our body, especially our digestive system, because it is the powerhouse of our body, and the whole system crashes when there is a disturbance in the powerhouse.

Digestion is best in a natural and healthy state, but because of 1-excess food, 2- eating mismatched things in the food or 3- due to mental trouble, anxiety etc., digestion deteriorates and due to this indigestion and rotting occur. Toxic air, liquids and other substances come from this rot, enter the blood, and cause disease.

We are familiar with the side effects of overeating, but we do not have the correct information about the right and wrong combination of food, about which we will discuss further.

In order not to cause problems in the body, we need to clean it from time to time and fasting and intermittent fasting is the best solution for the same.

What is Intermittent Fasting!

You will be surprised to know that you can eliminate life-threatening diseases such as diabetes, PCOD, obesity, arthritis, stomach problems, skin diseases etc. from the root by intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is not a method of treatment, but it is an ancient method of healing. Therefore, you neither need to take expensive medicines nor do any kind of surgery. You need to eat natural food for a few months.

Now the question is what is Intermittent fasting, and the answer is – In this method, you need to eat for 8 hours and fast for 16 hours in a day. By fasting for 16 hours daily, your body gets time to heal each day.

During this healing, the body regenerates tissues, removes old scars, and removes old, damaged, or dead cells from your skin; it melts the stones present in your kidney and gallbladder. It removes excess fat from your cells, breaks down cysts and fibroids and regulates your hormones, cleanses your intestines, removes mucus that accumulates on your throat and removes plaque from your arteries.
